Paola, our founder, grew up surrounded by business. From a young age, she experienced the entrepreneurial spirit that her family passed down: her grandparents owned a supermarket, and her mother, throughout her life, was at the helm of that family business. With a passion for sales and service, Paola, after graduating from university, took over the management of a business she has run with her father for eight years.

But Paola's life took an unexpected turn with the pandemic. Faced with uncertainty, her mother, a woman full of creativity, began making masks as a way to generate income. Paola, always with her entrepreneurial spirit, took on the challenge of distributing and promoting these masks, helping her mother take her work to new heights.

It was then that a conversation with a friend gave her the inspiration for what we know today as Palola Boutique. They suggested that if she could sell so many masks during the pandemic, she could bring that same drive to a business that celebrated women's beauty and elegance. Paola saw an opportunity to merge her family's business experience with the passion for fashion that had always been within her.

Palola Boutique was born from that shared dream: to offer every woman the opportunity to feel unique, elegant, and fashionable. Paola's mother, who has been making accessories to enhance women's beauty since 2013, was a great source of inspiration, and her creativity became one of the cornerstones of the store.
