If you are not satisfied with any part, any claim must be made within the first seven (7) days, once the package is received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Shipping payment is non-refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at palolaboutiqueshop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, No refund will be made, you will receive a credit in our store. It will be valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Products especially jewelry, accessories, bodysuits and bathing suits are final sale. It has no change or refund.

For health reasons we will not accept returns of the jewelry.


A credit will only be accepted in case it is necessary due to a manufacturing defect of the jewelry product.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The customer is responsible for handling it in the mail.

Sales by Facebook Live, it is final sale.
